Professional Consultation
No matter how long we have been providing therapeutic services, there is a need for ongoing consultation and training. This is a good option for therapists not seeking ongoing supervision or for other professionals seeking clinical opinion.
Clinical Supervision
I offer clinical supervision for Idaho-licensed counselors (LPC) who are completing supervised hours toward independent clinical licensure (LCPC), in accordance with Idaho state requirements.
Supervision is structured, ethical, and clinically grounded, with a focus on developing strong clinical judgment, professional identity, and confidence as an independent clinician.
My approach balances support and accountability while maintaining clear professional boundaries. Supervision is a space to think critically about your work, strengthen your clinical skills, and navigate the realities of clinical practice with clarity and integrity.
Areas of Focus May Include:
-
Case conceptualization and treatment planning
-
Ethical decision-making and professional boundaries
-
Clinical skill development and intervention choices
-
Managing countertransference and therapist reactivity
-
Documentation, risk management, and scope of practice
-
Transitioning into independent clinical work
Supervision is tailored to your experience level and areas of growth while remaining aligned with Idaho licensure requirements.
